Meet Amanda

Amanda's Real Estate journey began when her mentor 'Mo from Tahoe' lent her $10K and recommended she read "Rich Dad Poor Dad." While managing a Day Spa at Outrigger Waikoloa, Amanda purchased her first condo in Kailua, HI and later bought another property in the Palisades, which she rented out to roommates to live rent-free after losing her job at the spa.

After moving to the East SF Bay Area, Amanda began her career in Residential Real Estate at Keller Williams. She later established her own brokerage, Dynamic Solutions Realty, after completing her first short sale in 2006. In 2017, Amanda and her family sold their business and moved to North Austin, where they now live in the same neighborhood as her mom and sister, fully immersed in the community.
